Skinny Face

When I was finished putting on the makeup, I could definitely see the difference!

I loved putting the makeup on my neck!
This is the final makeup for the added weight and the skinny face.

Adding Weight

I was really terrified of how the IPad app made me look!  Again, I am shocked that the way you put on makeup, can make you look heavier than you actually are.

This final picture is both my added weight and my skinny face!

Aging!

I had a lot of fun making myself look older.  I am shocked that using makeup the correct way can make someone look way older than they are!

My favorite part was adding the grey to my hair!
I loved drawing the aging to my original picture!

Glamour Makeup

I had a lot of fun doing the Glamour Makeup!  I did not realize that you would start out with basic corrective makeup, and then add more to make it the glamour makeup!

This was starting out with my basic corrective makeup!

This was when I added mascara!  I have a phobia of putting mascara on! I am not really sure why but I think because I always mess it up.

This was when I added the blush!  I never knew that blush should not be all over the cheek.

I was really happy with how my final makeup turned out!  I personally think the lip color was a little too dark, but other than that I liked it!

Corrective Makeup

I was really shocked that my foundation was as dark as it was because I really thought the lightest color in my kit matched my skin!

I think it is really hard to see the corrective makeup in a picture!  I never put highlights and shadows on my face but I could tell that it made a huge difference!

Mixing Makeup!

I definitely need to work on not using too much makeup on my transparencies because I have wasted a lot by not being able to properly guess the right amount.  This assignment took a lot longer than I would have expected, but it was an easy assignment.

Tramp Clowns

This was my least favorite clown to draw because I was not a fan of the beards, but after putting them on our faces, it turned out to be better than I thought! I was nervous putting makeup on Amber because I feared that I was going to hurt her somehow!  But overall it was a lot of fun and nice to work with someone that knew way more about makeup than i do!

The first picture is of my drawing on her face.

The next picture I took was when I picked the skin tone color that I wanted to use!

The next picture is when I was almost finished with putting makeup on her face.

We realized that I needed to make her eyebrows covered with a stronger color to finish the makeup!

I absolutely love the makeup and design that Amber put on my face!

Funny Class Picture!

Everybody kept saying that my makeup resembled a dog and I thought Alyssa's resembled a cat!

Auguste Clown

I was very shocked with how fast I got through putting a clown on my face this week.  I definitely am getting the hang of it.  I am really enjoying this class and learning about all the creativity that comes with putting makeup on your face!

I first started by figuring out how to do the skin color by mixing colors.  I found that mixing orange and white only was the best way for me to get a good skin tone color.  This also shows the red being put over the skin tone as well.  I was really happy with how dark the red still showed.

Once I got the skin color painted on my face, I drew my design with brown eyeliner.  It was easy to do because my design is symmetrical. I forgot to take a picture before I painted my lips!

The next steps were painting the red around my eyes and on my nose, and painting the yellow around my mouth.

Once I finished my design that I created, I realized that the yellow around my eyes was not visible from far away and barely visible up close.

To make the yellow stand out, I outlined the yellow around my mouth with black.  The black went well with the design I created.

This is a nice picture with none of us looking at the camera!  It was neat to see the side views of everyone's designs!

Finally, a group picture!

I liked my Whiteface Clown better but it was still neat to do this Auguste Clown.
